1. Why did the IT group at Royal Caribbean have such poor performance and business status in the company?

=for me, because they use a old data processing shop,they have no IT strategy for the future and they have no respect from the business side for IT.


2. what are the top three factors in Tom Murphy's turnaround of the IT function at Royal Caribbean?explain the reasons for your choices.

=for me again, the three are "Silos" or the special-interest technical fiefdoms, and their resulting resentments have disappeared, and the IT group has become phenomenally successful.
because of that three factors the company change,and for the help of IT group they have a many strategys for the future for there company.because that IT, they respect it.

=their website has a quick vacation search.its means that you can search where the place you want to spend your vacation.Passport requirements, if you have no passport they can show you what is the requirements for the passport and etc...
